Deliveries of the Countach LPI 800-4 by Lamborghini commenced a few months ago. Restricted to a mere 112 units, it won’t be long before all of them are in the hands of their owners. However, some of these fortunate individuals appear keen on parting ways with their new possession already.
It is understandable, given the current demand for the Countach, that individuals are looking to capitalize on the situation. First Motors in Dubai is currently offering one for sale, with an asking price of $4 million!
Introduced at Pebble Beach during the commemoration of the original model’s 50th anniversary, the modern version of the Countach is derived from the Lamborghini Sian. It shares the same powertrain – a 6.5-liter V12 naturally aspirated engine coupled with a hybrid system. The power output has been increased to 814 hp for the 21st-century Countach.
According to Lamborghini, the Countach is capable of reaching 0-62 mph in just 2.8 seconds. Accelerating from 0-124 mph takes 8.5 seconds, and the vehicle can achieve a top speed of 220 mph.
