The upcoming BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage has been spotted at the Nurburgring. It seems the car is being through its paces before it’s revealed to the public later this year.

The limited-edition model is based on the BMW M4 but comes with a bespoke exterior. It features a much smaller kidney grille and different headlamps giving it a unique look. The front bumper has circular vents similar to M3 CSL. At the rear, the 3.0 CSL Hommage gets a fixed spoiler, different tail lamp clusters and quad exhausts.

Reports suggest that the car will be hand-built and is likely to be powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine tuned to around 600 hp. Moreover, the CSL Hommage will be available with a manual transmission and 0-62 mph could be dispatched in just 3.5 seconds.
