Bugatti Bolide Production Model Revealed as It Enters Next Testing Stage

Initially introduced as an idea in 2020, Bugatti has now revealed plans for a limited run of 40 units of the Bugatti Bolide, recognized as the most intense and track-oriented model in the brand’s history.

Recently, Bugatti has showcased the production variant of the Bolide, moving forward in its testing phases.

The Bugatti Bolide is distinguished as a highly focused track vehicle, likened to the Pagani Huayra R, Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro, and the McLaren Solus GT.

When examining its specifications, the Bolide features notable attributes, including a carbon monocoque chassis with a weight of 1450 kg. The vehicle’s power comes from Bugatti’s famous quad-turbo W16 engine, optimized for higher RPMs and generating 1600 horsepower.

It’s important to highlight that Bugatti chose not to utilize the engine from the concept version, which was expected to deliver 1850 hp and 1364 lb-ft of torque. Nevertheless, the Bolide exhibits an impressive power-to-weight ratio.

The first deliveries of the Bolide are expected in 2024, with each unit retailing at $4 million.
