Porsche has unveiled the exclusive 911 GT3 R Rennsport, a circuit vehicle derived from the 911 GT3 race car. It made an appearance at the Rennsport Reunion event at Laguna Seca in California.
The GT3 R Rennsport is outfitted with a naturally aspirated 4.2-liter flat-six engine that generates 611 horsepower. It showcases bespoke pistons and camshafts and possesses an elevated compression ratio. The engine can operate on E25 fuel. Power is transferred to the rear axle through a 6-speed sequential gearbox from the GT3 R.

Production of the 911 GT3 R Rennsport is restricted to 77 units. This exclusive circuit vehicle is priced at $1.04 million.
