Introducing the Ferrari Purosangue signifies the esteemed supercar manufacturer’s foray into the profitable SUV market. What better way to make a grand entrance than with an off-road vehicle fueled by a robust V12 engine.
The Purosangue represents Ferrari’s initial venture into a four-door, four-seater vehicle. It showcases a unique appearance with a captivating front grille and elegant LED headlights. The rear design of the car draws inspiration from the brand’s recent models such as the 296 GTB and the Roma. Additionally, akin to the Rolls Royce Cullinan, the Purosangue boasts suicide doors!
The interior of the Purosangue exudes a sporty and driver-centric feel, while also providing a luxurious experience. The instrument cluster features a digital display, and the flat-bottomed steering wheel incorporates haptic controls. Another sizable screen is positioned on the passenger side.
Under the hood of the Ferrari Purosangue resides a commanding 6.5-liter V12 powerplant. This naturally aspirated engine generates a potent 725 horsepower and 528 lb-ft of torque @ 6250 rpm. It is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Ferrari claims impressive acceleration, with a 0-62 mph sprint completed in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 193 mph. The vehicle tips the scales at just over 2 tonnes.
