While Alfa Romeos may not enjoy the same level of popularity as some other Italian automakers, they are certainly adept at crafting exquisite vehicles. Zagato, a brand renowned for its stunning designs, is collaborating with Alfa Romeo to produce the Giulia SWB Zagato.
A sneak peek image of the upcoming Giulia Zagato has been discovered on social media. The image offers a glimpse of the LED taillight, which appears to elegantly complement the rear fascia’s lines.
Anticipated to be derived from the Giulia Quadrifoglio, this new special edition may feature a truncated wheelbase, hinting at a potential 2-door coupe configuration, in contrast to the standard Giulia’s 4-door sedan design.
Details regarding Alfa Romeo’s latest partnership with Zagato remain shrouded in secrecy. While information about the engine specifications and other specifics remains scarce, it is speculated that the vehicle will likely be equipped with the same 2.9-liter, twin-turbo V6 found in the Quadrifoglio variant. This powerhouse generates a robust 503 hp @ 6500 rpm and 443 lb-ft @ 2500-5000 rpm, leaving room for the possibility of enhanced performance.
