Ford has constructed what they describe as the ultimate high-performance racing car. Introducing the Ford GT Mk IV, the final version of the legendary supercar.

The upcoming 2023 Ford GT Mk IV race car will be manufactured by Multimatic. Only 67 units are scheduled for production in homage to the original 1967 GT Mk IV racing model.

Pricing for this exclusive race car starts at $1.7 million. Prospective buyers are required to complete an application form to be considered. Ford is set to finalize and confirm allocations in the first quarter of 2023.

Turning our attention to the vehicle itself, the 2023 Ford GT Mk IV is equipped with a twin-turbo EcoBoost engine delivering an estimated 800 hp. It is coupled with a specialized racing gearbox. The exterior is crafted from carbon fiber and features Multimatic’s Adaptive Spool Valve (ASV) suspension system.

Compared to the standard model, the Ford GT Mk IV boasts an extended wheelbase and a specially designed aerodynamic exterior that is visually striking! It showcases substantial air intakes on the sides and a prominent rear wing. Additionally, it showcases Ford’s fresh signature C-shaped LED headlights at the front. The aerodynamic wheel covers contribute to its distinctive ‘Hot Wheels’ appearance.
