Aston Martin is fully prepared to unveil the most dominant version of the DBS. The fresh variant, named DBS 770 Ultimate, is set to be placed above the current DBS Superleggera.
Aston Martin is set to manufacture 499 units of the DBS 770 Ultimate. Insider information suggests that the car will be offered in Coupe and Volante body styles, priced at €355,000 and €380,000, respectively.
The ultimate iteration of the DBS will be driven by a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12. It is anticipated to generate 770 hp, a 55 hp increase compared to the DBS Superleggera. Aside from the significantly enhanced engine, the car is also rumored to be marginally lighter.
To complement the enhanced hardware beneath the hood, the DBS 770 Ultimate will feature a more athletic exterior. Reports indicate that it could have a new engine cover with the “horseshoe vent” initially introduced on the V12 Vantage. The teaser released by the company also unveils a fresh set of aero strakes.
The Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate is scheduled for unveiling in Q1 2023, with the initial deliveries slated for the third quarter of this year.
Aston Martin will also modernize its entry-level GT offering, the DB11, later this year. According to our sources, the DB11 facelift is expected to be disclosed in the near future.
