Koenigsegg Regera with 1500 Horsepower Struggles to Advance on a Frozen Slope

An impressive 1500 hp Koenigsegg might not be the most suitable choice for your daily drive on a frosty winter morning. This was recently showcased by a Regera driver who encountered difficulties navigating an icy incline.

The viral video circulating on social media for the past week displays a Koenigsegg Regera stranded on an icy segment of the highway. The high-performance car was observed spinning its rear wheels as it struggled to find traction, while other vehicles smoothly cruised by.

It appears that the Regera gradually lost momentum as it approached the uphill section. Potentially lacking snow tires probably exacerbated the situation. Evidently, having 1500 hp is futile if there are no appropriate tires gripping the road surface.
