Unveiled in July of the current year, the unique Ferrari KC23 was specially commissioned by a VIP client and is now in the final stages of preparation for delivery. Recently, the KC23 took its final test run on the racetrack before being handed over to its owner.
The KC23, based on the Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo, is essentially a masterpiece that can also be driven on the racetrack. It boasts a futuristic design with air intakes that open automatically and a rear wing that can be detached. The car features doors reminiscent of the Lamborghini Countach and a front fascia inspired by the Le Mans-winning 499P. Its exterior is coated in Gold Mercury, a unique four-layer paint with an aluminum base.
While the exterior of the KC23 is exquisitely crafted, the interior does not receive the same level of attention. The car shares its interior with the 488 GT3, which means it is quite basic with numerous switches, similar to those found in a race car.
Ferrari asserts that the chassis and suspension of the KC23 are optimized for non-competitive track use. Under the hood, it retains the twin-turbo V8 engine from the 488 GT3.
