After several leaks, Lamborghini finally unveiled the Revuelto yesterday, marking its entry into the plug-in hybrid era.
The Lamborghini Revuelto replaces the Aventador as the company’s top-tier supercar. Naturally, there was a lot of excitement surrounding the launch. In fact, according to CEO Stephan Winkelmann, the order books are full until 2025.
“We already have a high demand,” Winkelmann said. “If you consider all the orders we are receiving today, we have already surpassed two years of orders.”
Lamborghini has not yet announced the pricing for the Revuelto. Given that the Aventador cost around half a million dollars, it is likely that its 1001 hp successor will cost significantly more.
The Lamborghini Revuelto is built on an all-carbon monocoque and is equipped with a 6.5-liter V12 engine paired with three electric motors. It can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph.
