Unveiling the Latest Production Specifications for the Bugatti Bolide: What You Need to Know

Recently, digital images thought to represent the production version of the Bugatti Bolide have emerged online. These pictures appear to come from the official configurator, which hasn’t been released to the public yet.

First unveiled as a concept in October 2020, the Bugatti Bolide is now gearing up for production, with deliveries planned for 2024. As expected, there have been some minor alterations made to the vehicle, which remains focused on performance on the racetrack.

The latest visuals reveal various updates to the design, including a more compact horseshoe grille that has replaced the vertical divider with a tow hook, an enhanced splitter featuring extra dive planes, four fender louvres instead of the previous two, and a single aero blade behind the wheels, in contrast to the four found on the concept model.

At the rear, the original quad exhausts have been substituted with two oval units situated side by side. Additionally, the rear diffuser has seen slight modifications with the inclusion of three more elements creating an X-shaped design. The rear wing end plates have also been redesigned while retaining the shark fin feature.

Inside, the production version is anticipated to include a more compact steering wheel and a digital dashboard that consists of three individual screens.

Powering the Bugatti Bolide will be a modified 8.0-liter W16 engine sourced from the Chiron, generating an astonishing 1850 hp along with 1364 lb-ft of torque. Combined with a 7-speed DSG transmission and an all-wheel drive system, the Bolide offers a power-to-weight ratio of 0.67 kg/hp and is capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph in just 2.17 seconds, with an estimated top speed nearing 328 mph.
