Upon its last auction, the Bugatti EB110 fetched a price exceeding $3 million, surpassing all previous sales. RM Sotheby’s has now unveiled not one, but two EB110s for auction in London. Could we witness yet another milestone being surpassed?
All attention will be on the Bugatti EB110 Super Sport as it enters the auction arena. This rare vehicle is one of only two units painted in Bianco Monaco out of the 30 Super Sports ever manufactured.
The EB110 SS boasts a 3.5-liter quad-turbocharged V12 engine, delivering power to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox. The engine produces a commanding 603 horsepower at 8250 rpm and 479 lb-ft of torque at 4200 rpm, enabling the car to achieve a claimed top speed of 221 mph.
The second vehicle up for auction is an EB110 GT, featuring an exterior in Blu Bugatti and a Grigio Chiaro leather interior. The production of the EB110 GT was limited to only 84 units from the Campogalliano factory. This specific model has accumulated a mileage of 11202 km. A friend and Bugatti enthusiast noted that this car may have deviations such as an incorrect wheel color and the absence of the original Nakamichi stereo, factors that could influence its final appraisal.
Moreover, another EB110 GT is available from a private dealer. Girardo and Co. is offering chassis no. 39068, finished in Blu Bugatti. This car, originally delivered to Czech Republic, boasts a unique dual-tone interior that was specially ordered.
