You Can No Longer Order a Lamborghini Huracan

The Lamborghini Huracan is officially sold out, and you can no longer order one.

Lamborghini has announced that it has stopped taking orders for the Huracan EVO and Huracan EVO Spyder, which means that production will soon draw to a close.

As reported earlier, the Sterrato would be the last to use the legendary naturally aspirated V10 engine. Like most carmakers, Lambo is also transitioning to electrified powertrains, the latest being the Revuelto, which uses a hybrid V12. That being said, the Huracan successor is expected to be powered by a plug-in hybrid V8.

While it may not sound as exciting as the V10, the new twin-turbo V8 is said to be capable of revving up to 10,000 rpm. Combine that with the instantaneous torque from the hybrid system, and we might have a winner on our hands.

Now, if you were planning to purchase a V10 Lamborghini before they went extinct, you’re out of luck. You can either wait for the Huracan successor or browse the used car market.
